Type: Brick structure

Lens: Fourth order Fresnel lens

Location: Beaufort Inlet, at the rear of Fort Macon

Notes: This was the main light formed a range with Bogue Banks Beacon. Both structures were destroyed during the Civil War. The lighthouse fixed white, range 13 miles
